At AZEEST STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@azeest.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and we are not responsible for any delays in this process.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@azeest.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@azeest.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return in accordance with our return policy.
